Qualified in Joinery & Cabinetmaking with over 30 Years of experience.
Trevor grew up in Norfolk and then trained as a Joiner and Cabinetmaker at Norwich City College in the 1980's, whilst undertaking an apprenticeship in Brandon.
In 1995 he worked alongside Carl Dent for a number of years but has been working for himself since Carl retired and has built the business to what it is today.
Trevor prides himself on providing a quality product that with the correct care and maintenance will last for many years.
Director/HR Manager
Denise started her career in the Civil service, then trained as a legal assistant specialising in property law.
In 2001, due to staying home to look after their young family, Denise took over the administration side of the business which is based in their home.
Whilst working together, Trevor and Denise have seen the company grow from sole trader status to a limited company, have trained five apprentices, and are now looking to take the business into the future.
Denise is responsible for obtaining material prices from suppliers, typing up quotes and invoices and dealing with payroll and the day to day business accounts, as well as any other jobs that arise, including tea making when she is in the workshop!

Alex joined us after leaving school and undertook a 3 year level 3 apprenticeship at West Suffolk College. During this time, Alex was chosen to be a part of the WSC World Skills Team for Joinery in 2019 and won the UK World Skills.
Wood Machinist/Joiner
Steve is a very experienced and skilled wood machinist, having qualified and trained with Bajco.
Steve and Trevor have been good friends since primary school so have a good working relationship.
Steve came to work alongside Trevor once Bajco closed and he has over 30 years experience in the industry.
Apprentice Joiner
Stevie first joined us for Work Experience in 2021.
Having impressed us with his positive attitude and work ethic, we were pleased that he joined us after leaving school and started his apprenticeship at West Suffolk College where he is making great progress.
