Family owned and operated for over 25 years, we can offer a wide range of joinery and cabinetmaking services.
We use a wide range of materials and have a variety of suppliers to ensure we remain competitive on price. Our items are made in our workshop in Brandon by our friendly team.
We like to support local businesses where possible but undertake work for both local and national companies.
Whilst joinery forms the majority of our work, we do like making cabinets and items of furniture that are unique and test our skills. As well as doors, windows and staircases, we can provide cabinets and furniture for any room, such as kitchen units, bathroom vanity units, bedroom furniture, dressers and office furniture.
We offer a personal bespoke service and take pride in the quality of our workmanship. As a small business, we do not have all the big CNC equipment the larger companies have, but we use traditional methods to make most of our items. This may take a bit longer and costs may not be as cheap as the high street, but you are assured of a quality item that if looked after, will last you for many years.
Trevor grew up in Norfolk and trained as a joiner and cabinetmaker at Norwich City College in the 1980's, whilst undertaking an apprenticeship for Bajco in Brandon.
He then worked alongside Carl for a number of years but has been working for himself since Carl retired.
Trevor and Denise married in 2000 and she then took over the administration side and they grew the business to what it is today. They have two grown up daughters.
Denise says being married to the boss is not easy as she ends up typing up quotes and going over things either early in the morning or late at night, but she is proud of the quality items Trevor can make, although she is still waiting for her shelves!
Trevor says being nagged by the wife at home and work is the reason he has no hair!
Trevor works alongside Steve and Alex.
Trevor and Steve have been friends since primary school and Steve was best man at Trevor's wedding.
After leaving school, Steve joined Bajco and worked as a wood machinist there until the company closed, when he came to work alongside Trevor. The photo above shows Trevor and Steve with a window they made and fitted into Trevor's parents garage - when Trevor had hair!
Alex joined us after leaving school and undertook a 3 year level 3 apprenticeship at West Suffolk College. He is a valuable member of the team and we are very proud that he was selected to be part of the WSC World Skills team for joinery.
